This page was created to give John's family and friends a place to visit and remember him. I grew up next door to the Bennett's and am an only child.
The boys looked after me like I was their little sister, and I always felt protected and loved. This is my way of keeping their memory alive.

My heart is broken. I am so grateful to have had such a special relationship with John Bennett.
Everywhere we went he told strangers that I was his granddaughter. I will miss our long talks and special lunch dates.
He was always genuine and loving and REALLY listened to me. He understood me and loved me for exactly who I am.
He gave the best advice and the best hugs. I will forever be better for knowing you.
Blood isnt always family and you are proof of that.
Love you, Pops.
Youll always hold a special place in my heart and memories.♥️♥️
